Paris Photoshoot in May and July 2014 (trip confirmed)

I am planning to have a pre-wedding photoshoot in Paris and/or Italy and I have many questions.

1) What is the approximate cost?
2) What is included in the package?
3) Are makeup artists included?
4) Are gowns included? If yes, how many?
5) The photoshoot will only be one day right?
